一、政策范围

本政策适用于苏州鲸川科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发的内部 OAuth 应用 jingchuan Analytics 对数据（包括通过 Google Ads API 接收的用户数据）的收集、使用、存储与保护。该应用仅供公司内部员工使用，不面向公众提供服务。

二、我们通过 Google API 接收的数据

• 公司自有 Google Ads 账号中的广告投放报表数据：广告系列、广告组、广告关键词层级的展示量、点击量、花费、转化率等绩效指标；
• 与授权相关的必要账号标识信息（如 Google Ads 账号 ID、已授权的 Google 账号邮箱）。

除上述数据外，本应用不通过 Google API 请求、接收或存储任何其他类型的用户数据。

三、数据的使用目的（有限使用声明）

• 仅用于向公司内部广告运营人员展示和统计投放效果，以及与自有订单、物流数据进行内部汇总分析；
• 不会将 Google API 用户数据用于本应用功能之外的任何目的；
• 不会将 Google API 用户数据与广告投放进行关联，也不会用于任何形式的行为广告或再营销；
• 不会将 Google API 用户数据出售、出租或以其他任何方式提供给第三方；
• 本应用不利用 Google API 数据生成、处理任何人工智能非自愿亲密影像（AI NCII）内容。

从 Google API 接收的信息的使用和传输到任何其他应用程序，将遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括有限的使用要求（Limited Use）。

四、数据的存储、保留与删除

• 数据仅存储于我们控制的公司内部服务器上，访问权限限于负责广告投放与数据分析的内部员工；
• 授权令牌安全存储，仅用于按设定周期拉取报表；
• 授权管理员可随时在 Google 账号安全设置或 Google Ads 授权管理中撤销本应用的访问权限，亦可通过下方邮箱申请删除相关数据；撤销或删除后，除法律法规另有要求外，我们将在合理期限内完成删除。

1. Scope

This policy applies to the collection, use, storage, and protection of data (including user data received via the Google Ads API) by jingchuan Analytics, an internal OAuth application developed by Suzhou Jingchuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). The application is for internal employee use only and is not offered to the public.

2. Data we receive from Google APIs

• Advertising performance report data from the company's own Google Ads accounts: metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions at campaign, ad group, and ad/keyword level;
• Minimal account identifiers required for authorization (Google Ads customer ID, the authorized Google account email).

Beyond the above, the application does not request, receive, or store any other type of user data via Google APIs.

3. Purpose of use (Limited Use declaration)

• Data is used solely to display and analyze advertising performance for the company's internal operations team, and to combine it with the company's own order and logistics data for internal reporting;
• We do not use Google API user data for any purpose other than the services described;
• We do not link Google API user data with advertising, nor use it for behavioral advertising or remarketing;
• We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Google API user data to any third party;
• The application does not use Google API data to generate or process any AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).

Usage and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage, retention, and deletion

• Data is stored only on servers controlled by the company, accessible only to authorized internal staff;
• Refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to fetch reports on the configured schedule;
• The account administrator may revoke this app's access at any time via Google Account security settings or the Google Ads permissions page, or by contacting us below. Upon revocation or a deletion request, related data is deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
